Senior Program and Project Manager with 18+ years of experience driving digital transformation across healthcare, telecommunications, energy, finance, and government sectors. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Currently leading cybersecurity programs at Affidea Group, one of Europe’s largest outpatient diagnostic imaging providers with over 300 facilities across 15 countries. Previously spent 14 years at Logicalis Portugal as Senior Program Manager, delivering multi-million dollar transformation programs for enterprise clients in energy, finance, government, and telecommunications.

Early career began in electronics engineering in Brazil before moving into project management — a shift that revealed a passion for the discipline that has defined his professional life. PMP certified since 2011, Ivan has managed programs ranging from data center migrations and ERP implementations to cybersecurity transformation and AI adoption initiatives.
